Dog Grooming Services

Just like humans, every dog is unique and will be different in terms of their health, temperament and quirky habits. This is why we offer a free consultation before every groom to ensure your dog’s general health, coat condition and grooming requirements can be assessed and fully understood before the groom starts.

A personalised record card for your dog will be securely stored in line with the latest General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR,) and moving forward this will be updated following each subsequent groom, so we are always up to speed with the general health and wellbeing of your beloved pet.

Full Groom

What’s included :

  • Free consultation to discuss your dog’s general health and assess its coat condition and groom requirements

  • Health check prior to grooming: includes nails, paws, teeth, ears, eyes, nose, coat and skin.

  • Bath: our bath can be raised and lowered using water-resistant pedals to aid the comfort and mobility of your pet.

  • Shampoo: we use gentle all natural products.

  • Conditioner: we use the right conditioner for your dogs’ coat.

  • Blow Dry: ear muffs can be provided for dog’s who may be sensitive to the dryer.

  • Trimming, de-shedding, scissoring or clipping as required.

  • Nail trim & ear clean

  • Pawfume to keep them smelling fresh for days!

De-Shed

What’s included :

Hand Stripping

  • Blow Dry: ear muffs can be provided for dog’s who may be sensitive to the dryer.

  • Hand Strip including any trimming, de-shedding, scissoring or clipping as required.

  • Nail trim & ear clean

  • Pawfume if required (only on areas which haven’t been hand stripped)

Bath & Blow Dry

Puppy Grooming Services

We think it is so important to get your new best friend comfortable with being groomed early and recommend doing this gradually across three sessions.  In fact, we are so passionate about the future welfare of your dog, we do the first session for FREE!

A puppy’s first visit to the groomer can take place 2 weeks after their second set of puppy vaccinations.  Younger puppies are easier to train so a good early experience at the groomer will help with longer term grooming, not just for the groomer but also for when you groom your dog at home!

Puppy Groom

What’s included :

  • Session 1 – we gently introduce your puppy to our calm and welcoming salon and help them to relax and become familiar with the grooming environment. This 30 minute session is full of cuddles and praise making their first visit an all-around fun experience.  We’ll clean the eyes, ears and hygiene areas and include a nail trim if needed.

  • Session 2 – we’ll start with a bath using our puppy booster bath insert and give a gentle body massage using delicate puppy shampoo.  Once your pup is squeaky clean we will offer a gentle brush and blow dry,  and if there are a few straggling hairs (or a tidy around the eyes or private area is required) then this will be neatened with scissors.  We will finish off by cleaning the ears and trimming the nails if required and includes a Puppy’s First Groom souvenir photograph!

  • Session 3 – this session will also begin with a bath and gentle body massage followed by a gentle brush and blow dry.  We can offer a Full Groom (as above)) during this session.  If you require your puppy’s coat to be clipped, providing your puppy has developed their coarser, longer coat (usually around six to eight months of age) we are also happy to offer this service.

Pawdicure

What’s included :

  • Nail trim.

  • Hair removed from in between pads.

  • Paw balm: which can help protect against summer heat and winter salts.
